I was unable to get a response from my own doctor, so I called MDLIVE, within 30 minutes, I had spoken to the Dr., gave my symptoms and had a script called in to my pharmacy. It was excellent. Thank you

Hi, it’s too bad both doctors I saw through MDLIVE pushed medication on me, completely unrelated to my problem, without asking me thoroughly what is wrong with me and assessing the situation not through a medicine-based lens but symptom-based lens. I don’t take pills to only feel better, I like to resolve the problem at its roots. I hope this is not common practice. Thank you, Daniela Groza

Loved that I didn’t have to go to an urgent care and expose myself to additional germs when my immune system was already compromised.... I recommend!

2nd time I’ve used the phone app (For lack of a better word)., very easy. Fix my problem short term max offer assistance on getting a better solution w/a physician on long term plan.

I had a pretty bad case of Poison Oak and the Dr that I discussed this with on the phone was very helpful and personable. She prescribed the cream that was needed. She also gave me some other advice on how to get the poison oak healed and it worked. Within 10 days, the rash/swelling had gone away!! Highly recommend.

This was a very quick and easy process. The doctor was very attentive and asked lots of questions to make sure she did not miss anything.
