I was looking for an urgent care covered by my insurance and this came up when I logged into my insurance. I wasn't keen on possibly being exposed to COVID so I checked it out. It was easy to sign up, take photos of the issue, and got a call from a physician quickly. I was very pleased with the amount of time she spent on the phone with me, the thoroughness of the medical history, the diagnosis, the care synopsis/instructions, and the medication prescribed. I loved that I didn't even have to leave my house. I have been telling EVERYONE on my insurance to check it out because it was a great alternative when my PCP couldn't get me in.

I made an appointment online cause I didn't want to wait for 2 hours or more. I made an appointment that day and a doctors call me back in 30 min and solve my problems and prescribe the medication i need. Is was fast and easy.
