The doctor seemed genuinely concerned, patient and knowledgeable. Not going to a doctor office, especially during this covid time, was very much appreciated!

Our call back was quickly handled efficiently from the staff and excellent advise from the doctor. I had the need a couple years ago for a bronchitis attack and I had everything taken care of from the diagnosis to scripts called in and started within an hour.

The doctor was very quick to get online. I did not wait more than 5 minutes. The visit was quick and I got the medicine I needed!

The doctor i spoke with was excellent.However the nurse i had contact with was very rude and did not return my call when i needed help with medication dosage issues.She would not let me talk/finish a sentence.Was eventually able to resolve the issue the next day with a different nurse.

I called with an issue that only needed a prescription. Calling MD Live saved leaving work for 2 hours to see a doctor by completing the call from my office. I received a call within 5 minutes of completing my appointment on the app on my phone. A prescription was sent to my pharmacy and picked up within an hour.
