My company contracts with them for telecom medical services. We have a $10 copay, with the balance being billed to insurance. I called last week for a consult and was told that they wouldn't help me because I had a $60 balance from 1 1\2 years ago. I have never heard from them before. They neglected to bill my insurance. They hung up on my insurance company, my care advocate and myself. Suddenly, I'm now getting bills demanding payment. So their billing is screwed up and they can't be bothered to fix it, but will instead hold my health care hostage to bad billing and info.

It sure beats waiting at an urgent care or trying to get in to your primary doc. I had a sinus infection and knew I needed antibiotics and MDLVE was so quick and easy. Things like sinus, colds, sty, uti, etc. it's great. It helps to know your body.

The doctor was compassionate, a great listener, and very thorough, He asked me many questions and conducted, I feel, an accurate diagnosis. He prescribed me with anti-biotics and helped me to heal!! Thank you and God bless!! Steve Johnson PS - Jesus loves you!!!!!!!!
