My expectations were met w DO Garwood. Thank you HOWEVER, Humana, your consultation fee is too high. Please consider lowering the amount...we are seniors on fixed income... remember? We are your bread and butter.

Very quick access. Very user friendly. I don't believe the doctor listened closely enough to what I was expressing as symptoms as I ended up going to the ER.

I don't understand about mental health and what is going on in our country. they always seem to treat mental health like reactive instead of proactive. I suffer from PTSD pretty badly from 9/11 as a paramedic. I have pretty bad anxiety and night terrors from my experience in a Catholic orphanage I'm sure you can figure it out why. So to see a professional mental health person takes 9 months figure that out. So my insurance is Humana that's how I got to MDLIVE. show the first time in many years I found a mental health person on MDLIVE to help me. and she was a psychologist. I have the video conference with her for 1 hour. I pour my heart out telling her what happened to me as a child and as an adult during 9/11. so what did she do to next day she cancels all future meetings. because she feels that I would need more time than she can give. I was only asking for one or two meetings a month. on top of that fiasco I had a hard time finding another mental health person through and MDLIVE. The new mental health person only can give 45 mins. I cancelled everything with MD live I will not be dealing with them ever again

The initial wait time for the call to come through took longer than expected, but the advice given worked. My sons foot was red and swollen, looked to have some kind of blister like bite on one of his toes, and his toe felt warm to the touch. The MDLive doctor provided us with information on a possible allergic reaction, and how to care for it after benadryl was given.
