From my first online, phone connection with MDLive, I received super-prompt, friendly, professional help. The first point-of-contact is the schedulers, who set the tone. They are compassionate and understand that are connecting because you want and need help fast. They make it happen. I was connected to a physician within 30 minutes. My Dr. took the time to listen, connect and resolve my health concern. If I were asked how this service could be improved? A follow-up from the physician a few days after the consult didn’t take place. This seems like a crucial (missing) element to the entire process. All-in-all, I am very happy to have access to this vital medical resource!

I was very happy with how quickly I was able to talk to someone and it was off hours. I was happy with the advise I received and the provider told me I could contact him if I had any follow up concerns or change in status with my daughter
