Doctor on webcam asked more questions that when I go to the office to see my PCP, so I felt like the visit was more thorough. Shared my vitals recorded on my app for reference. Doctor clearly explained the treatment plan and I felt good about the care I received.

Once you set up your account, the process is very easy. I was able to speak with a physician and receive a diagnosis and Rx medication in a matter of minutes. My Rx was sent by the Dr to my preferred pharmacy and I received a text approximately 20 minutes later it was ready for pickup. So much easier than going to an urgent care or office. Thank you for making this service part of our benefits!

Where has this been all my life? I have heard of telemedicine but never thought to use it until now. It was really easy to get logged in, report my symptoms and then I received a call back from a doctor within minutes who was able to call in a prescription for me right away. The entire process took less than 15 minutes, saving me hours sitting in an urgent care. Highly recommend!
