Used MDLIVE for the first time last week. The process was quick and easy. Spoke with a Dr. within 15 minutes of making the request. The Dr. had received and reviewed the photo I uploaded of the affected area. She asked questions about my issue and gave me advice for next steps. I am happy with the service and the care I received. I would use MDLIVE again.

MD LIve worked great for me. A quick chat with the Dr. and my prescription was waiting for me at my local pharmacy. I only wish...they would also send an email with the Dr.'s name and prescription info immediately following the conversation. Great money saver doing this over the phone and not having to go to an office.

The shortest time to get the doctor on the screen. I didn't have to waste time filling forms or extra thinking. The appointment lasted only 5 minutes and the prescriptions ready within minutes too, This is an amazing way to get my health back.

Great choices of caregivers to choose from for counseling etc. Most of their availability worked for me and that was good. Not happy with how the phone connections worked, I had a 2nd session scheduled for 5/21 and the phone barley rang, I called back and was told I would get a call back in 15 mins. which I did, and again the call did not connect. So I had no appointment. I am going to give another caregiver, psychologist, a try. Appointment. is set for 6/20/20.
