The Physician takes time to listen and provide excellent information and advice to move forward with a treatment plan before you actually go to you regular Doctors office. You may actually be able to skip the office visit for certain instances. I have a Co19 exposure issue, which is frightening. MD live provided great advice to move forward. Thank you!

This was my first experience with an online doctor visit. (Though we did end up talking via phone.) I had a horrible rash that wouldn't go away. I was pretty sure it was poison ivy. I was really hesitant to try to get in to see my doctor, due to the Corona outbreak. The sign-up just took a minute, which was great! I followed the instructions, sent a pic of the rash, and within 20 minutes, I was contacted by the doctor. He was very nice, asked some questions and then told me he would contact my pharmacy with a prescription, along with some other instructions for me. Five days later, the poison ivy is finally going away and I feel so much better! I had never thought to take advantage of the online process, but I will certainly do so in the future. Great experience!!

Answered a few questions, made an appointment, and within 5 minutes received a call from a physician. He listened to my issue, gave input, and prescribed a medication that was at the pharmacy within 15 minutes. An amazing experience.

The response time was quick as was the diagnosis. The doctor was knowledgeable and friendly. It was a time saver and easy to use. I'd gladly use again.
