So happy i got a call within 10 minutes of my submission. I do wish the SOAP notes would have been emailed to me afterwards. I also had to call the pharmacy to see if RX called in, as no one from MDLIVE notified me that it was.

I used MDLIVE for the first time and I did not have to wait long for a doctor to reply to my call. The doctor was kind, efficient and put me at ease during the call. I was diagnosed with allergies/sinusitis and was given a plan of action. I also appreciated the feedback email with print out care instructions to follow.
