I have used MDLIVE twice now for prescription refills after my provider retired and I have not been accepted as a new patient due to the current crisis. The process was very simple to use. I downloaded the app on my phone and answered the health history questions. I set up an account for my husband as well, which was very simple. Booking an appointment was simple and quick and the providers who I had visits with were very professional.

The whole process was a painless process. I am truly glad I activated this method of medical interface. It should become the standard prior to all face to face medical visits. It would eliminate a large portion of unnecessary office type visits.
