Once I got on, my appointment with the provider went well and the followup report was correct but getting logged on took longer than expected. Part was my error, not being familiar with login and password, and part was network bandwidth. It took me 4 tries to get on. I was glad she waited.

Easy to use and felt way more comfortable by not having to visit a drs office. Will definitely use this anytime a trip to a drs office can be avoided.
