The response time once I logged into my account was amazing. Got a text that I would hear from the doctor in 15 minutes. Then I got one that I would hear from the doctor in 5 minutes. Then my phone rang shortly after that. The doctor was amazing! He listened to me, was understanding and compassionate. I am beyond pleased. This is the 2nd time I have used MDLive. No complaints here!

I am happy with the service I received when I called MDLIVE. The person that answered the phone was personable, patient and helpful. The doctor called me within the time they said he would and answered my questions, decided what needed to be done. I would call your service again and have referred MDLIVE to someone.

The entire process was so easy! I was able to pick the doctor that I wanted to see and there were a lot of appointment times to pick from. The doctor called me and went over my symptoms and sent my prescription to the pharmacy of my choice. I wish all doctor appointments were this simple.
