Intake process was fast and easy. Staff taking intake was very helpful and nice. The doctor called me back right away. Doctor did not rush me off the phone - listened to my issues and was very nice and compassionate.

The app was very easy to set up and use. It's a great convenience being able to speak with the Doctor from home vs driving to the office and wasting time in the waiting room. For just routine stuff, it's fantastic.
