The information needed prior to the call was a bit long for me, yet I do have several health issues and medications to list. The wait time was approximately ten minutes, which was fairly incredible in the current pandemic. I would highly recommend this health tool. The doctor was very helpful and professional, answering all of my questions.

Always have a good experience when I call. I didn’t get a lot of info or reassurance from urgent care after I broke my wrist, so spoke with a doctor on mdlive while I was waiting to go to orthopedist several days later, and she gave me a lot of good info and reassurance.
