Process was simple altho I did have some issues filling out the registration form. Couldn't delete and had to start over.

Contacted for problem related to partial vision. Got to speak with a board certified MD within 15 minutes. Her recommendation mirrored what my highly rated physician who I later consulted for a referral. Very impressed.

We used MDLive for the first time on a Sunday morning. My three-year-old daughter had a rash that had spread to most of her body. We were able to see a board-certified pediatrician within 15 minutes of requesting an appointment. He was kind, caring, and professional. We would highly recommend MDLive for anyone, especially while we are all trying to stay healthy by maintaining social distance. However, we will use MDLive again even after COVID is no longer a concern.

The website was really easy to use for scheduling an appointment and my phone call appointment was scheduled within 15 minutes of scheduling. The Doctor was prepared for the appointment using the information I provided during the scheduling process. The largest benefit being not having to go to a medical facility when I didn’t feel well and to avoid being near other sick people.
