Was told I would get a follow up by Dr. Subrahmanya Bhat, but received nothing of the sort. Was also told to get in touch if my symptoms worsened and when I did he was unreachable. It was then suggested by MDLive that I book another appointment and pay another $55, ridiculous. I do not recommend this service to anyone.

This service is AWESOME! They were very prompt in calling back-- was told online it would be > 3hours, when in reality it was minutes. The NP was very understanding in my frustrations re: the lack of care my daughter received from her own MD. We worked together to get her the treatment she needed, not AGAINST each other. Would probably use this service again.

Great experience from the user friendly registration to getting to a provider. Some delays along the way (due to coronavirus) but the good news was ability to talk to a live representative and get immediate results!
