In the current environment it was comforting to know I could get treatment without fear of contracting something by sitting in a waiting room. I knew I had a sinus infection. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable, read my history and now a week later I am finishing my meds and feeling great!

When my primary care doctor is not available (which nowadays seems more frequent) or if I would like to avoid the office experience with other patients or urgent care - I have found MDLive the go to resource to consult with a doctor. This service is becoming even more important today for individuals and family members.

After going through the lengthy process of signing up and answering all the medical questions, I requested a phone appointment. I finalized everything, I thought, including payment info, and was rerouted to the beginning. I checked through everything again and finalized again. It rerouted me again to the beginning and then at the top of the screen there was a tiny red bar with an error message on it. I clicked on it and it went away but did not reroute me to the error. At that point I expected some sort of confirmation but got nothing. Nor did I receive an email. After 30 minutes, I called and they said I did not in fact have an appointment. The woman on the phone set it up for me. I then received a confirmation email but it was a page overlaying another page so I could not read it.

My little 7 week old had the sniffles. I was able to consult with a licensed pediatrician and had a lengthy thorough consult. She took the time to listen to and address all my concerns. I felt that my visit was longer than it would have been at an urgent care clinic. At the very end, I was recommended medication that has helped tremendously! I highly recommend this app and it's exceptional service.
