The service was very good and fast, I talked to a doctor, explained my problem and took the determination of the necessary medication. So far so good, when I went to the pharmacy to pick up the medicine, it did not cover the insurance and the cost was very high for me $ 400, an ointment. I only write this as feedback, it is not a claim. Grateful for the attention, Daniel Godoy

I liked that I was able to get an appointment and was called right away. I gave the Dr. the prescription I needed refill on and I received a different brand which was an inconvenience but other than that the service was great.

I love MD Live. This should be offered by all insurance companies. When it comes to minor illnesses such as sinus infections, urinary infection, etc. it is great, saves time and the possibility of catching something more serious sitting in a waiting room.

I must have gotten the naturopath or something when I called in....he recommended a netti pot and no actual solutions. Now I get to pay the mdlive fee and go sit in urgent care, awesome. Next time I'll just skip the phone call.
