It took longer to get the prescription than it did to schedule and have the appointment. I'm very impressed!

They were wonderful and very patient. Took 2 calls for me. Not their fault. (Brain fog is real). I have some medical issues... I was impressed with the Md's knowledge. Sound advice, and now the healing begins.

I have used mdlive twice. Both times was a positive experience. Good review of medical history, allergies, and your symptoms. Saves time and money of going to my family physician. My Saturday morning call was a wait of 15 minutes, my after work call was 40 minutes. So wait time varies. But still better than me having to take half day off of work for Dr visit.

I had a good experience with the doctor "visit." She quickly diagnosed my malady and promptly called in the medication I needed. I didn't have to go to a doctor's office to share or pick up germs.
