This was a fantastic option when I got bit by a tick and had a bull's eye form over the weekend...I was seen in 15 mins of setting up my appt...where has this been all my life!!!!

I was very pleased with the MD Live assistance I received. The process was easy. Everyone assisting me were very helpful, professional, and completely explained the process. The doctor called me in less than 10 minutes and was very helpful, patient, and professional. This was my first time using this part of my health insurance, and will surely not be my last time. The representative I spoke with was Awesome and she really listened to what I told her about what was going on with me.. The Dr I spoke with was ok, he did tell me to get to the ER .. I thought he would speak with me on FaceTime so he could really see me…

I dreaded waiting in my car for an appointment and and my headache and sinus pressure were getting worse. I needed to go to work and wasn’t sure how I could manage getting seen and still make it in on time. The doctor called within 3 minutes, listened, then answered my questions making sure I was comfortable with the course of action to take. A script was ready in 30 minutes, I made it to work on time, and my antibiotic was started right away. Why waste time and $ when you can get immediate help.
