Edit: I have raised my review from one to four stars since the company processed my refund. I think there are still some things, particularly with the website functionality, misspellings, and a bit of disorganization that need fine tuning, etc. I noticed improvements on this front when I first signed up for the service but that improvements have ceased. The company has refused to refund me $80 for over a month now. When I submitted a ticket, the person told me that I was wrong, and was already refunded, so they closed the ticket. Then I replied and explained how they were wrong, and they replied saying I was wrong again and then closed the ticket. The third time a person acknowledged I was correct and that I'd get an $80 credit on my next order (they did not offer a refund to my original payment method). Unsurprisingly, that credit didn't materialize and I was charged the full price for my subsequent order. I've tried calling and the number listed is out of service. I've spoken with customer support (only available via chat) and they said I have to resolve it via the ticket process (the one that has not been working for me) and there's no way to resolve it over the phone. If I had the ability to talk to someone for literally 2 minutes about this over the phone, the issue would be resolved and I wouldn't have to be dealing with this 5 weeks later. I have been a loyal customer to this company for several years now and have been happy with their progress over that period but the issue resolution process is unacceptable. Billing issues happen from time to time. Even if there's no phone number dedicated for issue resolution, if a customer requests a phone call (which I did), they should at least provide the option for me to have someone call me. I consider myself a very nice person and hate having to complain and be critical like this but I have no choice. The most frustrating part is that the company clearly does not believe me that I was overbilled.

Placed my first order with them and a few of my meals were replaced due to them being out of stock. Customer serviced work with me to make sure I got the meals that I wanted. Delivery was smooth and I loved how the meals were packaged. I’m a few meals in and I will say that the meals are very flavorful and I have already placed my next order.

I really liked the quality/taste of the food. I just didn't like the fact that if a meal is not available, they automatically chose a meal for you at random. There is however an option to not substitute without authorization. I did not know about this feature till I talked to customer service member Sabrina (which was very nice btw). Overall, it was a good week so far. Thinking of weather I should continue or not.
