Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We are sorry to hear the experience did not meet your expectations. When a book is submitted for printing, it goes through an approval process where the customer reviews and confirms all content, including the cover image, before production begins. Once that approval is given, the book is printed exactly as submitted. Because of that, we are unable to reprint at no cost when the content was approved in its submitted state, which is why a discounted reprint was offered as a courtesy. We understand that it may have felt frustrating, and we are sorry it came across that way. If you would like to discuss this further, we are always here at [email protected] and we genuinely want to help find a resolution. With Gratitude, The Memorygram Team
