Had an issue with a product purchased from their website directly 10 months later starting having issues and contacted customer service Julia from Merach customer service reached out to me and took care of the issue very quickly thank you so much

I contacted them to ask if I could get a new remote control as the original had been misplaced. I was Ill when I first received the product and after several months I was able to use it and this is when I realized I no longer had the remote control. They advised that it was not covered under warranty but that they would be happy to replace it free of charge. Very satisfied with the good customer service 2 days response time.

I had an issue with one of their remotes not working after a couple of months of use of their walking-pad. I reached out to customer service who were extremely friendly, and they solved the issue by replacing the defective remote without any issues. They were very kind, professional, and helpful. Lynn solved my issue and was extremely helpful with the situation.

I was very happy with the customer service I received. Vega was the person who assisted me, and given the delay with my purchase, she initially offered me a $30 credit towards my next purchase. At first, I felt this defeated the purpose, as I would have preferred compensation for the current delayed order rather than being encouraged to make another purchase. However, after explaining how I felt and expressing my disappointment, especially given that it was quite an expensive purchase, Vega was very understanding and assured me that I would receive a $30 refund once my delayed item arrives as compensation for the inconvenience. I really appreciated her willingness to listen and resolve the issue fairly. Overall, I’m very happy with the customer service and would definitely recommend this company!
