Merchant Service Inc I have personally been working with for 5 years and have been phenomenal to work it. Any questions, processes, guidelines, updates they are on it and easy to get a hold of. They provide me information I need about any question I have and it's been such a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend using Merchant Service Inc for any merchant processing.

Big thanks to Bob L. Made the car buying experience quick and easy. Even after a long day looking at other dealerships, he saved us by getting some pizza for our daughter. Allowing us to sign off on the our minivan. Curt also helped by getting us on a weekly payment, plan which will make it easier on our budget throughout the month.

That sounds incredibly frustrating and unethical. If they continued to charge you after closing your account and harassed you with excessive calls, you might want to report them to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), and possibly your state’s attorney general. You could also dispute any unauthorized charges with your bank to try to recover the money. They continued to take money out of my checking account after the account was closed over a year ago.

Dear Felix, MerchantService.com Inc. is a Florida-based payment-processing provider, and we have no records of ever doing business with an individual named Felix Andreoni. We do not have any history of an account matching the circumstances described in this review. Additionally, MerchantService.com Inc. does not engage in outbound telemarketing or harassment calls, and we have no complaints on file with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding the conduct alleged here. We also do not continue billing after an account is closed, as all closures are confirmed and documented in writing. Unfortunately, the term “merchant services” is widely used across the payments industry, and many unrelated companies operate under similar or confusingly similar names. It appears this review is directed at a different provider entirely. We respectfully request that this review be removed or corrected to reflect the appropriate company. If you believe there has been an error, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can confirm that no business relationship has ever existed. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to clarify the record. MerchantService.com Inc. Palmetto, Florida, USA

Hi, Thank you for sharing your concerns. After carefully reviewing our records, we can confirm that MerchantService.com Inc., based in Florida, has never had an account, application, or business relationship with anyone under the last name Scheherezade, nor with any business operating under that name. As such, we did not charge your account, nor did we activate or fail to activate any services for you. It appears this review was posted for the wrong company, as “Merchant Services” is a broad industry term used by many unrelated providers nationwide. We respectfully ask that you remove or correct this review so it reflects the appropriate company. If you believe there has been a genuine error or confusion, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can help point you in the right direction. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Hello, MerchantService.com Inc., headquartered in Palmetto, Florida, does not engage in outbound telemarketing or cold-calling practices. The call you received originated from a different company. The term “Merchant Services” is a general industry description used by hundreds of independent credit card processing providers nationwide, many of which operate under similar or confusingly related business names. For verification purposes, the only telephone numbers that would ever appear on a caller ID from MerchantService.com Inc. are: (888) 288-3816 (941) 822-8001 If the call you received did not originate from either of these numbers, it was not placed by our company. We regret any confusion this situation may have caused and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this matter. Because MerchantService.com Inc. was not responsible for the call in question, we respectfully request that this complaint be removed from our record. Additionally, we recommend registering your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry at https://www.donotcall.gov, which may help reduce unwanted solicitation calls from other companies. Please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions or need additional clarification. MerchantService.com Inc. Palmetto, Florida, USA

Tried to say they were part of my Clover system that I just reupped with. Service so bad they are starting to scam business owners and managers. Be Careful.

Dear Ian, MerchantService.com Inc. is a Florida-based merchant services provider and is not Clover, nor are we part of Clover’s internal support or renewal teams. While we—like hundreds of independent providers nationwide—offer Clover point-of-sale solutions, we do not represent ourselves as Clover, nor do we contact merchants claiming to be part of their Clover system. Additionally, our customer records do not reflect any business relationship with an owner or authorized contact named Ian Cunningham, and we have no record of providing services to you. We take accusations of misleading or improper conduct very seriously. If you believe you were contacted by a company claiming to be “merchant services” in connection with Clover, it is likely an unrelated third-party provider using a similar industry name. We respectfully ask that this review be removed or corrected, as it does not pertain to MerchantService.com Inc. If you have documentation indicating otherwise, we invite you to contact us directly so we may review and resolve the matter promptly. MerchantService.com Inc. Palmetto, Florida, USA
