We take feedback seriously; however, after a thorough review of our records, MerchantService.com Inc., a Florida-based company, has no record of a customer named Christi Joanne Jarrett, nor any variation of that name, ever doing business with us.
It appears this review may have been posted for the wrong company.
The term “merchant services” is a generic industry phrase used to describe credit-card processing and payment services. Hundreds of unrelated companies across the United States use similar wording in their business names, marketing materials, or sales calls. Unfortunately, this often leads to confusion and misdirected reviews being posted against companies that had no involvement in the transaction described.
MerchantService.com Inc. does not enroll clients in undisclosed programs, does not add fees without disclosure, and does not operate under an opt-out sales model. All services, pricing, and optional programs are fully disclosed in writing prior to activation, and clients must expressly authorize any additional services.
