SCAM COMPANY!! STAY AWAY!! Preordered chess board from them in October as a Christmas gift for my son as their company advertised guaranteed delivery before Christmas Emailed them multiple times before and was assured each time it will be delivered before Christmas They only shipped it out Dec 20!! It finally arrived on Dec 27!! Never worked, never turned on once Requested a refund the same day, now countless emails and phone calls still no money back and no instructions how to return!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!! ***RESPONSE TO YOUR REPLY: I’ve been emailing your support team almost every day, I called as well. All I get is automated response that someone will get back to me and no one ever does. Return request should not take more than a month to review or get back to your customer!!!

Ordered chessboard for christmas, took my money, never shipped. Never refunded me, 30+ emails later, still gaslighting and lying. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Their entire business is a scam. Finally got a chargeback through my bank. I refused to allow them to "refund" me on their own after they lied to me for over a month. Never trust Miko AI they are an India based company with call center scam vibes.

Asked me to review on Google Play in return for premium app access. I don't think you can trust the 5* reviews, some read very fishy to me. I haven't received my bag and premium wood chess pieces (ordered from Squareoff, but when Miko bought Squareoff, they buy their debt). I contacted support, they offered 6 months premium app access and ignored the real issue. They contacted me several times by email chasing the review, but ignored my problem. I also contacted them by WhatsApp and they have ignored it completely. AIfter 6 months app access I would still not have my bag and pieces, so that's a rather rubbish deal really.

Absolute horrific customer service I got two of these for my sons for Christmas and neither of them really liked them that much so I tried to send them back. I wasn’t sure I wanted to send both back so I went through a bunch of annoying hoops, but eventually got a label and sent the one back mind you these are like two weeks old. Nobody’s really played with them or anything and now I’m trying to send the second one back and I cannot get anybody to respond and it’s been a week and a half I am done. I am really upset. This is wrong. It’s criminal

I ordered a Miko robot on December 13th, and I still haven’t received it. The payment was charged immediately, but the product never arrived. I reached out to customer service multiple times, but instead of providing a solution, they kept stalling with vague responses and no real action. This has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. At this point, I feel scammed. I cannot recommend this company to anyone—it feels completely untrustworthy. Proceed with caution if you decide to buy from here.
