This company is utterly enreliable. They claim to handle your order and send it, but nothing ever arrives, and they refuse to issue refunds. Save yourself the trouble and stay far away. They are scammers and thieves.

This company is a complete scam. They make you believe your order is being processed, but nothing happens. They make you think they’ll send it, but it never arrives. Then they’ll tell you to be patient. After nothing happens, you’ll ask for a refund, which they’ll never give you. In short, it’s a scam. Avoid this company at all costs. I still haven’t been refunded, and my son’s Christmas is ruined. In short, stay away—they are thieves. Don’t let yourself be fooled. As usual, they apologize, send emails, but keep the money while the client loses everything. A response that speaks volumes.

Still waiting for my Square Off Chess board. It was supposed to arrive several YEARS ago, yet has been postponed ever since. When they finally started shipping late summer 2024 they did not ship to me. When I asked why, they charged me additional shipping costs of more than 20 E, although I had already paid years before (the payment back then included shipping). I tried to make my point to the customer service but I only received auto generated responses to the effect I would either pay for shipping or I would not receive the chess board. So I just paid to be done with it, but they still haven't shipped the board. This is gonna be the 3rd Christmas for my son waiting for the chessboard and being disappointed... I feel totally helpless. 🤷🏼♂️

We deeply regret your frustrating experience and sincerely apologize for the ongoing delays and miscommunication surrounding your Square Off Chessboard order. This is far from the standard of service we strive to provide, and we understand the disappointment it has caused, especially during the holidays. We are investigating the same and will reach out to you soon.

This is based off almost 2 weeks with this product. I can see MIKO3 being a great toy for children if these issues were fixed. when I received a phone call from the company, I explained to the person that the battery life is terrible. On a full charge, MIKO3 does not last the stated 7 to 8 hours & once it reaches 20% it shuts off because it needs to charge all over again. The charge time takes a very long time as well even though it’s a usb-c. Which can be very frustrating for the adult & child. When my child asks MIKO certain questions, MIKO doesn’t know the answer. Siri or Alexa would know & this is why I’m on the fence about returning it. Lastly, after I told the person on the phone my issues from the call survey, she didn’t explain anything & told me if I left a positive review I would get 3 months of max for free. That’s pretty shady to give an incentive for a positive review only & not an honest one.
