Fell short of expectations!

1. Practice was good 2. Documentation were not there ( fOR EXAMPLE Books) this point is very critical for me

The content was rich and informative but could be broken up into more classes since there was lot of work related to statistics which couldn't be covered by using real time examples. Moreover, break times were too short and it was 6 hours class, too long as well. I would request MindCypress team to make it more relevant towards real life examples so that it can be used at the workplace without much hurdles. Apart from this, the trainer did marvellous job in clearing the concepts and tried his best to make the learning process as easy as possible. Kudos to the MindCypress team as well as Kudos to our trainer Mr. Anurag Sharma. Best wishes!!

The instructor was obviously very knowledgeable of the topic, however, she did not know her audience and what we do as an agency. We received resources prior to the start of the class, but were never told what to do with them, even though I received an email stating we would be told what to do prior to the start of the training. She seemed to assume we had a certain level of knowledge of the subject, without verifying that level. We received daily notes the day after each class, but the notes contained assignments to complete before the next class, resulting in either not being able to complete the assignment or only partially completing the assignment.

The facilitator does not have the competence to effectively train. Much as he is technically good, he is not a trainer. very bad experience

The way the course was advertised was quite misleading - it was quite unclear that the course will be mostly theoretical. I did learn quite a bunch though :)

I thought the training of HR Analytics will be more of hands-on on the topic. It was mostly theoretical which wasn’t what i wanted.

Actually, it is my pleasure to join MindCypress courses, but the course wasn't up to my expectations. Also, it is not matched to MindCypress expertise. Material is so out of date. The trainer hasn't prepared well for the course.
