I gave Mind Cypress a high rating because of the instructor, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. She explained the learning materials in a way that we, as students, could easily understand. I also appreciated that she provided several sample questions, which helped us gain a deeper understanding of the topics. I gave one less star because I was disappointed with the customer service representative’s suggestion to move us to a recorded video session instead of continuing with a live session simply because most of the students were not attending. I was unhappy about being threatened with a switch to a recorded session, given that I had paid for a live class. The customer service representative could have handled the situation differently by encouraging students to attend the live session rather than penalizing those who were already attending because of others’ unwillingness to participate.

The training sessions were clear, objective and the instructor is very knowledgable about the training topics. I really enjoyed the entire training period.

I liked the topics that the training tackled and the different tips that I learned in Excel. However, it was a little bit difficult to practice with the instructor during the course as it was fast. Hopefully, the recordings came in handy.

Improve the exercise with the group to be more efficient and participative

The trainer is very motivated, energetic and always tried to make sure we understand the subject matter. He shared additional materials and did live exercises on the questions. He is potentially and professionally competent and experienced. He has been using full five hours of the sessions every Saturdays. I learnt and acquired much more skills from the courses. Too may exercises, some are a bit complicated to understand. The platform is usually difficult to access the weekly video sessions, hence Mindcypress has to improve on this matter. The trainer sometimes delayed to share the exercise materials,we understood the busy schedule he had.
