The hardware and services are highly rated. My conversations with the MobileHelp Safety Consultant were exceptional. My questions were anticipated and addressed in-depth with clarity. We had called to change billing address, got confirmation it was done, and continued to receive overdue notices. We went to Paris Tx office and were treated with respect and understanding with my 90 year old mother’s situation. Just happened to talk to manager and was very pleased with the service. And all was fixed.
