2nd time using Mobile help
2nd time using Mobile help ( 2 different family members ). Patrick was extremely polite and proficient in explaining the new options . we have been very satisfied with the customer service and alerts when there is a fall or event. A good value for a lot of peace of mind !

Why I chose Mobile Help
My original phone call was to get pricing info. The customer service rep was very helpful after listening to my needs. Based on his suggestions, I made a decision right away to become a Mobile Help customer. My Customer Service rep was professional, knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant.
