The individual that we talk to initially gave us lots of information that we needed for later on

Samantha was amazing, took time to answer all my questions & direct me to the right product for my family. I am a discharge planner in the health care industry & have little information to offer my patient’s. She agreed to email me a information on your product, that’s going the extra mile. Think it would be a great idea to target sub acute rehabs in rural hospitals in Georgia, ex: Swing Bed Units. Everyone has heard of Life alert, consumer reports recommended y’all for this area. I have spent a lot of time researching, very confusing even to me. Thanks to Consumer Reports & Samantha 👍

Caden was great! He answered all of my questions, helped me choose the right system for my dad, and never tried any of the “hard sell” tactics that I got from other companies.

Nathan was excellent

Remember that you have a wonderful day

Paula was great she walk me threw the process and made it very simple

I received the information I sought in a timely manner. I also got estimates of cost. Unfortunately, one of them indicated the duo was about $100 annually less. Hence only 4 stars. I don't like surprises when I am comparison shopping.

That you supply a wrist band it makes it more convenient to operate.
