Do they ever answer the phone when you are trying to cancel?
I finally got to talk to someone and they processed the return. I returned the equipment, but here we are 6 months later without the promised refund. Don't sign up for the longer terms unless you're ready to just forgo the funds if your family member passes away. And now, when I try to log in to their website, it requires a password change, but the password update link never gets sent. The family member that we purchased this for has passed away. I've been on hold for too long, waiting to talk to someone about cancelling.

Not that happy bc necklace is too bulky. Different from offer letter where it shows watch. Might have to return. Not wearing.
