I received the pkg this week, although found out through a call to customer service that the fall detection was on the base unit, not the pendant. 93 yr old would like a smaller unit to wear as pendant with fall detection. Otherwise, we haven't used it yet, due to no internet yet. We've been stalled by rain occurring on the days the internet provider was going to lay the line to the house to hook up.. This will be the 3rd thursday next week, to plan on laying the line.

Easy setup!

The representative was professional, knowledgeable of the equipment and plan options, and was friendly and well spoken.

The customer service representative Nathan Carter ,explained the service and device in easy to understand details and was not pushy. The device arrived quickly with complete, easy to understand instructions. My only complaint is that the device is bigger and heavier than I was led to expect. Also, I was happy to learn that the device can go into the shower. However, the lanyard remains wet for quite sometime afterward. Hopefully, I will get used to wearing it for my protection.
