Samantha assisted myself and a person I support with a disability. She was very patient and worked with us to figure out the best billing option, online access so that I can assist the person by ensuring the quarterly payments are made, and answered all of our questions. She seemed sincere in her knowledge of the product and belief that this product will provide the peace of mind and necessary help in an emergency. We really appreciated her assistance.
