Answering questions completely is one of the things that was important to me. Also, an understanding by customer service reps, that their explanations be accompanied with empathy and patience to the customer that is not always knowledgeable of the process. I received both. Thanks!

Well the came loose and fell off then…
Well the came loose and fell off then the program turned on and I said I was ok the monitor or whatever it is called stated ok cancel the call. However the program works. THIS REVIEW IS NOT BY VIRGIL PETERSON!!!!!! IT IS BY EVELYN PETERSON!!!!!!
