I WAS TOLD WHEN I BOUGHT THIS SERVICE ,THAT IT WOULD BE EASY TO PLACE THE LOCK BOX ON DOOR,THIS WAS NOT TRUE. I LIVE IN APARTMENT BLDG. WHICH TOLD ME I COULD NOT DEFACE THEIR DOOR.THIS DOOR DO NOT HAVE THE KNOB THAT YOU COULD HANG THE BOX ON.SO I AM OUT OF LUCK.I TRIED TO TELL THE MAN THAT SOLD ME THIS SERVIC .

It was very difficult to get the device in an operating mode. One device determined to be bad, (actually had EMS arrive because tech support couldn't get the device to cancel!!!. Replacement device was sent and received...tech support disconnected before completing setup. I called back and requested to speak with a supervisor. Still waiting. Then while device was just sitting on the table..."fall detected" alarmed and when I depressed the button to cancel the alert, it wouldn't cancel. Luckily I received a call from dispatch asking if we needed help, before an ambulance was sent again. When and if I am able to speak with and get this system setup will determine if we keep it or send it back.
