Flashing Lights NOT a good sign
Got unit and failed test. Called got help and now it passed. 5 days later two lights start flashing. Called and they tried to fix the problem. Still having problems today. They are going to overnight a new system. This is NOT a toy. It's supposed to work that's what I paid for. Now I still can't leave my wife alone. Even with new system can I trust Mobile Help will work or not? If it's you're family member what would do? Yes, change alert system company. I need someone I can trust.
