Albert was "amazing"! He was so pleasant to speak with, He was very helpful with setting up the product and so patient with explaining all of the details to my 90 year old mother who lives alone. Her safety has been a big concern for me. She a hard sale, but Albert made it so easy for her to understand and she made the purchase. Albert deserves "10" stars!! Betty Gunder
