Samantha was great dealing with my mom to get a Duo system initiated. She was very patient and great in explaining details about the inclusions that come with the system.
Great customer service on the front end. Just ordered the system today so we'll see how the follow up goes. So far an A+.

Stuart is awesome
Stuart was friendly, funny, informative, patient and easy to understand. This was a call for my mother who is hard of hearing. Stuart made sure that she understood all of the services. He helped us trouble shoot issues with payment. He very much appreciate his help.
