I had to ask questions versus getting a presentation.

Called in regarding my dad and his fall risk and needing an extra layer of protection. Spoke with Nathan who was wonderful. He answered all my questions and did not rush me in my decision. Made the process a lot less stressful to understand. Helped find a solution I am very comfortable with.

Had the devises about a week. We were having problems with the fall detection feature. It was too sensitive. Decided to discontinue it and the tech. who disabled it for us for great. We are presently happy.

Phone call was pleasant; representative was straightforward and not pushy.

The salesperson was patient and helpful. He was knowledgeable and easy to get hold of when I called back. I did a lot of research and decided that this was the best system for my mom.

Sign up was easy and we put it on our dad and the test was successful. We are hoping this will help him knowing that if he falls, someone will be there!
