Set up is awful
Set up is awful. Questions on hair color weight height and many others are just not nessary The man I had was rude when I tried to ask question. I was ready to cancel my order

All was explained really well by friendly, helpful and knowledgeable rep. I would gladly give 5 stars, sales rep is that good, but I can’t, cause no one is perfect.

One problem and big for me
All works as promised and well covered. Unfortunateli, I had erroneously thought that it would work when I was shopping, at church, at a restaurant etc but I discovered that it must be within range of the main unit, e.g 1600 feet. Very disappointing
