Bill was very pleasant and helpful. Enjoyed working with him. Very little pressure to buy the product. After checking several other products it was the Best Buy.

The rep, Ferris, made the difference. We talked about our experiences with our parents. I told him of the same product on another site. He indicated that is their product. If you talk to them, you'll find, in the end, your cost will be more to get the same coverage and protection we provide. The mobile app to the Mobile Micro was another sell. Until I get and use the device, I can't say more. When you get a bit personal with the agent and you both experience similar situations with your parents, the empathy shown makes trying the product worth it.
