MobileHelpReviews of mobilehelp.com

Fast, simple, easy and affordable. Super helpful and knowledgeable l. We are getting everything we need!

So far, MobileHelp, has given my mother and I, a greater sense of safety. It is a relief that has given her, more of an ability to take steps, to be more independent. She feels like there is another layer of protection in place, if and when, she were to fall.

The online service was very beneficial. It took someone about 2 hours to set up the service. The fall detection device was faulty. The company is sending another one. Hopefully, I will never need it but for now the company has been good to work with.

Tom was an excellent sales service representative. He was patient and anxweref our question’s honestly and efficiently. No high pressure tactics.

I appreciated that it wasn't a high pressure sale. I needed a few days to evaluate other systems and Randall gave me that time. This system is rated at the top and the price is most reasonable.

The process for Mobile Help was very well explained to me. I look forward to receiving the unit.

Mike was very helpful and courteous.

Everything was explained clearly & given many opportunities to questions.
