I signed up for this and have not received any confirmation. I signed the contract that was emailed to me but have not heard back.

Researched, Purchased, Satisfied
After researching MobileHelp via AARP and Consumer Reports, I called to find out about their offerings, costs, and evaluate their customer service and responsiveness for myself. I am a customer service professional and professional buyer, so I'm a tough customer. The rep I talked with was confident, professional, expertly knowledgeable, and shared that he has personal experience with the system for his own aging parent. We haven't received the system yet, but when it goes just as well as I expect it to based on research and the ordering experience, I'm won't be a bit surprised.
