Dealt with two reps, one in chat room, other when ordering by phone. Both were professional, knowledgeable and answered all questions. So far all seems good.

When I called Mobile Help, I immediately felt a sense of relief. Stuart talked me through the process and was very thorough. I now will be able to sleep at night knowing mom is not really alone. Thank you very much
