Postal problems.So far Mobile Help has done nothing…
So far Mobile Help has done nothing wrong other than mention 2-4 business days for shipping. As of today's tracking # our device has not even left the state of Florida. Dec. 1 was the date postal department received info and as of this a.m 9 days later it is still sitting in Miami, FL. I believe I'm paying for it starting the 1st of Dec. so I've already paid for 9 days of no use!!! I'm thinking of cancelling the order if and when I do receive it.
