Ferris was a tremendous help to our family. He was patient, knowledgeable and thoughtful. And he laughed at my jokes. I spoke with him twice today re our orders, and I was so happy that I got ahold of him the second call. I just canceled 3 units with another service - that service (which is highly ranked - shockingly) was unpleasant to deal with when I tried to cancel it. The bad experience with them made me procrastinate on renewing this much-needed service for my in-laws and myself. Ferris made this frustrating process so pleasant and easy. Matthew was a great listener and gave me a lot of information that helped us to choose the best company and plan. His easy going No pressure approach greatly influenced the choice. When I called back to sign up for the service, a different representative answered and gladly transferred me to Matthew when I said I had been talking to him. It is very evident the representatives respect each other and their clientele.
