The customer service rep was very helpful in helping me make a decision on the best unit for my mother. It took several calls for me to make a decision and they were very patient and understanding. We just received the unit and it appears very easy to set up and use.

I talked to Elan. very informative. Not a bunch of pressure sales crap. Talked to Life Alert earlier and they made me feel that if I didn't start with them right now I was a bad husband.
